This thing is awesome. Easily and quickly makes milk foam for coffee, scrambled eggs, whipped cream, meringue, salad dressing, and almost anything else you might need a whisk for.Side note: this is the absolute best thing I have found for making Dalgona Whipped Coffee by hand. Only takes like 30 seconds to whip up a very stable coffee foam.There are a few things to be aware of:-It can be difficult to clean eggs out of the whisk, the whites get stuck in the small circular whippers-Wash it by hand and wash it immediately after use. Just spin it in a cup with some warm soapy water.-Doesn't really work in viscous liquids. It wouldn't spin if you tried to use it to whisk cake batter or something. I bought this whisk to use at work (I'm a baker) because I'm always mixing up a couple of eggs to make egg wash and using a fork or a bigger whisk doesn't work that well. This whisk works great using the spinning mechanism when you have a small amount of eggs, but what surprised me is how well it works just as a plain whisk when trying to mix up 3 dozen (or more!) eggs and two quarts of heavy cream (for quiche). Because the whisk head is smaller than a typical balloon whisk, it's actually easier (and less messy) to mix up the big batch of eggs. The spinning feature doesn't really work in a big batch of eggs, but I find I don't need it. Overall I'm happy with this weird little whisk.

This works well enough. I didn't have the black specks others have reported. I just notice that it takes longer to work in all of the different parts of the egg when scrambling than when I use a fork. But, it does save me a fork in the process. I wash it immediately after using so I don't have to struggle with dried-on egg afterwards because it's got so many nooks and crannies. I tried to whip cream and that was taking way too long. I switched to my battery operated hand frother and that works better for a quick whipped cream topping.

I like this because its more portable and much lighter than my emersion blender. I don't have to look for a wall plug and plug it in before I'm able to use it. It fits in my small mugs and I can easily beat my eggs before I cook them. This is a much faster way to prepare my eggs before cooking them, whether on the stovetop or in the microwave.

The product pictured shows a wire whisk with loops/curlicues as part of the whisk, which creates more aeration and is more efficient. Those are not present in the model sent. Also the product is pictured with a box and the product statement says it comes in a box but that is untrue also.

I love the way it whisks my eggs, gravy, shakes and anything else I may need blended! It's easy to use. Immediately after each use I rinse it off so food particles will not stay get stuck in the wires. It's easier to clean this way. This is a necessity in my kitchen. After the first one I had for years finally gave out on me I had to replace it with this one. This size is more powerful then the smaller ones. I love this devise!

I can beat eggs or whip my cream before I can get out my electric mixer. I don’t use it in glass mixing bowls because the mixer impacts hard when you’re mixing quickly.Works great easy to cleans. Might notbe for making large meringues, but great for small day to day whippings and blendings

So convenient!! You can blend On a coffee/drinking cup so iI have retired my shaker cup!!!!! Works much better & sooooo easy & quick to clean (whisk it in soapy water n rinse!)
