I really like this grab bar. My husband was using the towel rack to get out of the shower and it was starting to loosen and I was worried it was going to fall off, so I ordered this grab bar. We installed it on the wall right outside the shower and now he uses that. It is very sturdy. Ours is installed in studs so we didn’t use the included screws. Although I’m not a fan of how grab bars look in general, it really doesn’t look too bad. I have several bars in different places in my house (not all from the same manufacturer, but very similar to this one) and when you need one you need one. So it’s nice to get sturdy and nice looking in the same deal! One thing to note, sometimes the little caps that go over the brackets on the wall don’t want to stay on. That seems to be common with most of these bars. It was easily solved though by putting a little sticky tack on the inside of the cover and then pushing it over the bracket. I got the 12 inch length.

This Grab Bar looks as good as new, and it has been over a year since I purchased it. The supplied hardware helped me to attach it firmly to the wall, just outside of the shower (in-tub type). This bar makes it easy to safely exit the shower and avoid falling. I would recommend this to anyone.

I wanted something to hang on to during a shower so I ordered the duo package. The were easy to install but the screws were not long enough to attach to the wood framing through duroRock & porcelain tile. I just purchased longer stainless steel screws.

You can barely see or feel the knurling on this handle, The handle itself is very light and makes me question how strong it is. I started to install this and was so unimpressed with the quality of the handle itself and the parts used to mount it; that I decided not to use it. Not willing to put six screw holes in my brand-new walk-in shower installation for what I think is junk. I threw it in the trash.

Performs as expected good price

It does a good of a bar to hold on to as we get older. I chose to line it up on the studs rather than the plugs that come with it.

The base and cover for one rail are missing. Screws and bolts for both rails arrived.Please send missing parts ASAPG.C.Rosamond.J.P. Nsw.
