This probiotic formula is really very good. I find them easy to swallow with no aftertaste or side effects. I’ve noticed much quicker digestion with less bloating and indigestion. I feel better overall with a clearer mind and more energy. Pricey, yes but they are fantastic.

I have tried quite a few probiotics and it has to be said that there is an element of "trial and error" involved in finding the best ones for you. A particular formulation that works wonderfully for one person may not work as effectively for someone else. The key starting point for everyone should be to make sure that you select a product from a reputable source with good quality and provenance credentials - On that score, this product from JS Health ticks the right boxes. This particular product requires you to take just one capsules per day, rather than two, which is probably more common for this type of product. Against that, these capsules are a little larger than most others I have tried, so they may not appeal to people who have difficulty swallowing. At one a day this pack equates to a 60 day supply. At the current price of £34.99 for 60 capsules these work out at around 58p per day, which is around the right kind of mark. I have used and reviewed a number of good quality probiotics that have come in at around the 60p per day cost level, so that seems to be a decent benchmark with regard to price. The packaging is effective and provides an adequate amount of information in a format that is easy to comprehend. Ultimately, the most important factor is whether the probiotics do the job they are intended to do. These have not caused any adverse effects such as flatulence or an unsettled stomach, but that said, I don't think they have suited my system as well as certain other probiotics I have tried. Containing a high concentration of CFUs, this should in my opinion feature in the main body of the written description rather than just lower down where some will fail to see it. The pack I received has an expiry date of 03/24 and screwing the top of the amber plastic container breaks the seal. Gluten free and GMO free, this is responsibly produced in a GMP - Good Manufacturing Practice - facility. As the serving size here is one capsule, this pack of 60 should last for around 2 months. High potency - but the £34.99 asking price at time of writing still seems a little steep to me.
