Hello Ruby: Journey Inside the Computer Kindle Edition

This book is a wonderful, whimsical journey for kids to learn about the parts of a computer. I teach computer coding in elementary schools, and I was looking for kid-friendly resources to explain the parts of a computer. This 2nd installment of Hello Ruby is a great starting point for a deeper dive with kids into what CPU, RAM, etc. is. And the activity pages give lots of great ideas for interactive activities that kids can do!

My son loves this book! He asks for it all the time. He's a little young for it but he's quickly picked up the different parts of the computer.There's activities in the back but at 3 he is much too young for them.

My 8yo daughter loves this book and the others by this author. They are her favorite books so she takes them to school to share with other kids. They have great illustrations and a story that she can follow, and the activities were hours of fun parent-time.

Great book for any classroom teacher that has to teach about computers. I love how she explains all the parts of a computer in a kid friendly way. This book would be great in a k-2 class. There are also some great resources on this book.

I heard the author speak at the Qt World Conference in Berlin. These books are wonderful to capture any child's interest in STEM. Each time I read this book to by 6 year old boy I can hear Linda's voice.

Really nice and clever way to describe the inside of a computer to kids.Even the 4 year old liked it and wanted to hear it for a second time even it was not mentioned for her age.

We bought for the school for Robotic class but it is the perfect book

A little too advanced for my grandson at present.
