Wanted a V grip for narrow pulldowns or rows, and a landmine that could take both standard and Olympic bars, so it's hard to imagine beating this combo for the price(~1/4 to 1/3 what you'd pay for a name brand landmine alone).The landmine is lightly built, with some slop in the bracket due to loose tolerances-not perfectly square with the piece it screws into(it has to be able to turn from side to side, so can't be tightened all the way down, anyway). This does not impede its use, and people make homemade landmines with a piece of PVC pipe, so the lack of "rock solid" construction is not a practical issue, IMO.There were included anchors for mounting, but mine is attached to a plate tree that uses 2x2" tubing. It could just as easily be screwed to a board. We did "landmine" exercises for decades with the end of a bar just stuck in a corner, so this is more than fine.You can make up any number of goofy exercises for a landmine, though even the more legit ones that get past 45° can be pretty questionable due to the resistance curve, but they're fantastic for rows, and work well for belt squats with a suitable attachment.For anyone who doesn't know, the V grip can be used for t-bar rows(my favorite variation) with no attachments necessary.The V grip itself is actually quite nice, too, with good knurling and welds.I'd have been perfectly satisfied with either piece at this price point, so getting both makes this combo a fantastic bargain.

Have this mounted to the squat rack. It can be weighted down and 2" square tubing. Almost like adding another machine. Can use a lot of lat machine attachments with it. (1") Just need a snap ring big enough to slide over bar and collar outside of that. Breaks routine with being able to do different variations. 2 negs on this. Doesn't have a set bolt for 1" so it can slide out. And it's sloppy doesn't really lock on with the set bolt for 2" square stuff. Don't think it can come off. I move the squat rack around for different exercises but if you can bolt it down it would be better. I don't find this to be effective for pressing motions. Just for pulling exercises.

Solid pieces, no metal shavings, and compared to others on the market that cost more, I can't see that those could offer anything I can't get from this brand. I heard about Yes4All on a Reddit thread; glad I read the whole thing.

Attached it to my workout bench. Swivels 360 degrees and allows for 1 inch and Olympic size barbells. Allows for more variations to your workout.
