The box is in German, can anyone explain the directions in English to me?

I need to see the back of the package. I've used mine and don't have the box anymore. Usually you put cold water in a bowl (don't know the amount), add the dumpling to it with a wisk. Let stand for 10 min. In the meantime boil water in a big pot. Form dumplings and put in boiling water, simmer for 20 min. The dumpling will rise to the top when done. the amount of water should be shown in ml. Any measuring cup will show ml. Are you sure the directions are not on the back of the box. Good luck, Knoedel are just the best to serve with Beef roast or Pork roast. Make sure you have lots of gravy. Guten Appetit!

Are these shredded potato dumpling?

Maybe? Awn’t remember if this was the powder mix or the shredded potato type. I was looking for the powder mix that you let sit in water and form dumplings.
