Not available in Hawai'i
You can find egg noodles or fettuccine...but not tagliatelle in Hawai'i. Nice and thin for the width. I can adjust my sauce to stick or slide off the pasta. This brand has a nice chew when cooked "Al Dente".

Best akternative to Cipriani egg noodles
Cipriani's was a family run maker of the best spgghetti egg noodles made in my home town. It was a family business (in the 1950s). They have since gone out of business some time in the 1980s.
