I didn't want a large mg dose and wanted it to be natural without flavor. This product nailed it! I've been taking them (sometimes half) and have had some super duper deep sleep and amazing dreams. No grogginess in the morning if I get 8 hours of sleep. Overall, this get's my highest vote.
