I work at a busy office and sometimes I have difficulty relaxing for a good night’s sleep. This comes in a cherry flavor, which I love and dissolve quickly under my tongue. An hour later and I’m counting sheep. In the morning I am fully rested and ready to start the day.

Works, and no grogginess the next morning
I have been an insomniac my whole life. I take 20 mg of this every night about an hour or hour and a half before bed, then read or watch a movie in bed, and I drift pleasantly off to sleep. 20 mg is what I take, but 10 will probably work fine for you. If not, then you may want to talk to your doctor before taking more.If you take it and just continue to stay active all night, then you probably won't feel anything. Don't let it fool you though, because when you do go to bed you'll start to feel the tiredness creep up on you.I wake up the next morning with none of the grogginess that I used to get from other sleep aids. If you haven't tried melatonin yet, then I highly recommend you do. It works!

UPDATED REVIEW
UPDATE: I have not taken my ambien in 2 weeks and it has been amazing! This truly does help with sleep. Also no more headaches for me and I feel great! I can finally take something natural to help me sleep. I have been taking it every night and follows the directions with says to put tablet under your tongue. zZZZzzzzZZzz within 30 mins as I play on my phone before nodding off.Works pretty well. Only tried it for 2 nights and both days I would wake up with a terrible migraine like headache. First night I had to take 2 because it seems like it had no effect whatsoever but the morning after it felt like I had a major hangover and my head was banging. Not sure why. I do like that it helps me sleep and I don’t have to rely on my ambien but the fact that is gives me morning headaches I’m not too sure if I will take it long term. I will keep taking it for the next few days and see. I do notice I still toss and turn but I would fall asleep right away which is great but gosh the headaches I get .... painful
