Great price and great purchase!
I've been wanting to make a rain barrel for quite some time and finally made one, BUT I'd cut the drain spout too short and had several inches between the (cut) spout and the barrel. I bought this elbow spout just to see if it would help and it exceeded my expectations. First, it was VERY easy to install. I just slid it on to the existing spout, and it has stayed on since I installed it (several weeks ago). Water now easily flows from the spout to the barrel. I should've done this sooner. :D

Pretty straightforward, needed to change direction of the downspout and typhus slid right on, no issues.

Exectly what I was looking for
This piece is what I needed to redirect the water from my down spout. It fit perfectly, and works great. It does not come with the screws to secure it to the downspout . but for the cost savings, it was a no brainer.

Poor fit unless adjusted first.
The sizing of the male & female openings could be much better. Having to stretch them open or make them smaller is a pain.
