I bought two of these. One had the metal connector piece and the other didn't. I messaged the seller and was asked to send a photo of the missing piece. Ordinarily this would be impossible but as I had ordered two I sent a photo of the piece as attached to the other Trainer and explained that the other one was missing this piece. Have never heard anything back. On a separate note we're forever having to re-thread the ball back through the elastic and triple knotting it etc only for it to do it again 10 minutes later.

Ball came off quite easily, but could be tied back on.

Literally broke within 5 mins of using! Absolutely dreadful product, don’t buy!!
