I've used the putty the chalk and this, and this product works the best for me for my pole. The others didn't help my grip at all my palms get so sweaty and slippery when I'm poling but I've found this helped me the most. I do have to spray it quite often sometimes but especially when I was first learning pole and had no upper arm strength this was a savior !

Use this for aerial silks and it’s amazing!

Please, PLEASE change your bottle. I am a huge fan of this grip, and I recommend it to all of my students. However, every single time I receive a bottle in the mail, it has leaked all over the inside of the packaging. Fantastic product, I am a pole instructor and I would not go without it. But it’s so annoying when it arrives like that— with some of the product spilled out and just plain messy.

Pole dancer POV: Grip strength is great for your body but maybe not your hands because it wears off your hands really fast in my opinion. I’ve got this a few times for my body though and it’s really helpful for your thighs, back of the knees, & what not. However, both times I’ve gotten this product from Amazon the spray bottle is extremely leaky. You MUST keep it upright to prevent losing any product which is very annoying. If you want grip aid for your hands, I recommend Monkey Hands.

This product definitely does what it should! I personally use it for pole and it helped so much with my grip strength! One thing I will note though, is that it is not the easiest to fully remove from skin, and does take a few washes/time to come off. I would definitely purchase again!

The product leaked in the package and got all over when I opened the envelope. On the plus side, it is very sticky, even after washing my hands multiple times.

I bought this after a classmate let me try hers. It works so well for gripping the pole, I slid all over the place before. I also put in on the insides of my thighs or knees.
