High Quality Berberine
I highly recommend Dr Westin’s Berberine 500+ for all the health benefits to increase energy level and decrease appetite on my weight loss journey.

It’s helped.
Currently on month 2 and I am starting to see a difference. Studies show it takes 8-12 weeks. But in that 8 weeks I had a decrease of triglycerides and my cholesterol went down. I went from 127 to 120 and I am 5’0. I feel pretty good. Cravings are minimal but not too much where you can’t actually eat. I also paired this with inositol which seems to be helping or complementing as well. The weight has been pretty stubborn to get off despite weight training and running so I was encouraged by my naturopath to take it.

If you take berberine...take Dr Childs!!!he's the best!
Everything Dr Childs sells is top quality! I've been buying his products for years and follow him on fb as well because he'll actually talk to you! Berberine is soooo good for you..if you're diabetic type 2..chances are this will do you just as good as the prescription metformin that comes with side effects! I'd rather take something safe like this wouldn't you?

Less hungry!
I wasn't sure this supplement would be what I needed. After taking it consistently I have noticed a change in how I process foods. I feel like its working to sustain my energy and I feel hungry less often. Definitely a great addition to the healthy things I'm already doing. It's giving an edge to my protein intake and exercise.

Beware! This product is nonreturnable.
Beware. This item is non returnable. It's advetised as 120 count capsules but I received a 60 count and the bottle was deflated. Now I can't return it.

Seems to curb evening habit of grazing
I can say that this seems to shut off the urge to nibble & eat salty stuff. I can’t explain why. I don’t use it often so have no claims of weight loss. Yet.
