I got this support pillow after a total knee replacement. I could not get comfortable, let alone sleep, with a regular pillow for support. This wedge support held my leg pretty straight (which is what the PT people wanted) but at a comfortable angle for my back. It also keeps your swollen leg elevated which I think helps circulation. Anyway, for the first 3-4 weeks post op this support was the relief I needed to sleep or just be comfortable. Worth every penny to me!

My husband had knee xurgery and then 3 weeks later a blood clot behind the operasted knee. I got this after the blood clot. he was skeptical at first but after a week, he loves it. It is very comfortable even when sleeping. He likes that it is long and reaches to the base of his hips, he is 5'11 tall. His knee is well supported. Over-all, it is a good product, does what it is supposed to do, and worth the money.

3rd TKR surgery in 4 years for my love. We were becoming pro’s, but hadn’t known about a lot of the comfort supplies available. In preparation of this last go round, I read tons of reviews and searched lots of products for elevation. ( instead of the pillow routine ) I was torn between the adjustable level type,or the one standard size that I chose. I also wondered if it would be raised above the Heart, or maybe would be too high, or not high enough. My Husband is a tall guy, and this wound up being a great choice for him. I can’t remember exactly when, after his Surgery, he began using it ( it’s all a blur ). But when he got to the point of letting me boss him around, he was very dependent on this cube. It went with him as he migrated from the living room couch to the Bed. I’m pretty sure he used it for almost a year ( but he had pain and complications) This helped him to be able to fall asleep without pain all night from uncomfortable levels and positions. Was a great product for us, but happy to see it shoved away in the guest room closet

So I broke my leg and was looking forward to receiving this leg pillow......much to my chagrin, I unrolled it and it’s severely misshapen. The directions say to “fluff”. Well, I fluffed as well as I can with a severely broken leg. After sitting out overnight it did fluff to ALMOST it’s full potential, but it’s a bit smushed, hence 4 stars vs 5 stars. I am very pleased with the elevation and comfort of this. It is a million times better than trying to use pillows. This stays stationary and really helps my pain. Overall, I do recommend this product, but wish it was shipped without being so tightly smushed.

The pillow is great and holding up nicely for my big old legs! I have had two knee replacements and it’s been great for that. I would add an enhancement if I could - handles sewn in to allow the “patient” to pull it up close under their bum/hip area. I often have to have someone help to give it a little shove to get it far back enough to be comfy. The removable, washable cover fits nicely and makes it hard to grab a handful of that fabric to pull up closer to you. But I would still buy it again!! Several times! It’s been true help after these surgeries!!!

This Xtra-Comfort product is awesome. I used stacked pillows following my first knee replacement and this is so much better. Keeps the leg at the right position/elevation, even when the rest of you is wiggling around, and the indentation can fit a cast or in my case an icing machine cuff. The foam is both firm and soft, and sleeping is comfortable. I bought a second riser so I wasn't constantly dragging one up and down the stairs, the Lighteze, but found the foam more firm and the "run up" to the top a bit longer and not as comfortable for my 5'8" frame - not bad, just less comfortable for sleeping for me. I use the Lighteze on the couch and the Xtra-Comfort on the bed.

I recently had knee replacement surgery...Jan . 27th, 2023. I ordered this pillow for recovery. It is perfect. Simply place a hand towel under your ankle and tuck in the sides and this will keep your leg straight. When therapy has been tough or when I have over done the exercises, ten to twenty minutes with your leg elevated in this pillow and the pain is minimized. I highly recommend this leg pillow !

Per my husband’s knee replacement surgeon, the knee had to rest perfectly straight in order to heal properly. The ad photo may appear to show that, but, in reality, a 10x12 towel had to be triple-folded and placed under the calf of the leg to keep the knee from bending. Otherwise, this was a helpful item. I hope this review is beneficial for your situation!

I wasn't sure about ordering this elevating cushion. Sooooo glad I did, quick delivery, arrived well packaged, very sturdy made but has the softness. Very comfy, allows you to place your whole leg upon the cushion so as not causing cramp or tingling. Love the fact that you can remove the cover to wash too. Well worth the purchase. A little expensive. But it does what it says on the tin. 5 stars 🌟

I am four months along from a severe broken ankle and broken leg. The swelling and blood flow in my foot and ankle has been terrible. I had been using cushions, but they didn't work. I bought this and within a few days of use, the swelling had reduced dramatically. I was amazed. I have long legs and this is great because of the extra length it has compared to others. It is very comfortable and supports the ankle, leg, knee and top part of your leg and no back pain. Attached are photos of the swelling before purchasing and after just a few days of use. I wish I had bought this much sooner. I would highly recommend.
