Everything the authors discuss is current, relevant, and essential for today's classrooms. As a special education teacher, I have been familiar with and utilizing UDL for quite some time, and the lens of equity that the authors look through to discuss this topic is phenomenal. I have already purchased it for a colleague and have been telling everyone I know to read this book. Review: Highly recommending if you want to learn more about UDL - This book is a must read for educators and parents. It is very well written and inspirational. I am not an educator and I find this book give me very informative work on UDL and good resources for educators.
