The teddy bear came in a see through fine quality protective plastic bag and shipped in a large box. It didn't need any fluffing.

Q: Can it be gift wrapped?

Yes,it's very soft. I got it for my grandson along with a personalized bear book from www.Wonderbly.com that named all the bears after family members. He's always asking if he can sit on my lap with the bear & read the book. Sleeps with the bear every night!

Q: Can this products be shipped without the stuffing? Or with the stuffing separately?

I assume you're talking about the stuffing inside the bear. Why would you want do that? The bear is fairly compact in the box and will go to full height once the plastic is removed.
