I like the strip that seals the lid, I believe its between a sponge and rubber. I am using them to store files, family photos, clothes and the uses are endless. Even with my brothers smelly socks. The family appreciates that. The container size is the best. I believe they are practical and functional. It is great, when I can transport everything with the storage containers. The clarity is a plus, plus. If you are camping, these are perfect. I also like the way they stack on each other. I will be buying more. The moral of the story is to give it the dirty sock testse your husband's or your brothers smelly socks, and sweaty shirts. You can't go wrong, once you try them, you will be able to smell, the cooking meals again.

I need to keep my fabrics protected since my sewing room is in the garage and mice have been known to get in. These bins keep them clean and secure. I sort by color or patterns so I am able to easily see what is in each bin. My only issue is lately the foam gasket does not fit as well in the lid. They feel a bit too large and want to fall out compared to early bins I purchased. Overall, these are the only bins I want to use!

"High quality plastic" is not something I'd normally be proud to say, but I anticipate that these storage boxes will last me decades. They're very sturdy. When filled up with books and documents and stacked on top of each other for months, they do not show any curvature or buckling. I think these are much better than the $10 plastic tubs you'll find at in-person retailers, especially if you are buying them for long-term storage.

I received the item in a very timely manner. But like other reviews quality control needs to be addressed. I've used many Iris containers before, but I have never had a problem until I ordered this item. The blue seal affixed to the cover was loose and kept falling out on all 3 lids. I needed to secure it by gluing each one of them to the cover. If this container is to be airtight then the seals need to be secured. Buyer beware. If not for the seals I would have given this 5 stars.

These tubs have been a stuff-saver for our storage unit. They have a water-proof seal, so all the water issues our storage unit has had don't matter. They stack well, they stack high, and I no longer need to worry about the climate control that isn't always working. And I don't need to worry about water damage.

Real mom life over here! As a boy mom my kids get into everything we are currently in a basement in-law suit and out of being extra cautious of critters 🐁 I wanted a sealed storage box for their snacks. They love locking the latches (and they have survived 4 yo twins). No breaking everything came without any breaks. These are very sturdy, and as a last minute idea I packed up very more goodies in it for a trip for FL the container survived travel and the beach it was amazing to keep sand out (as we all the ocean winds send it in all the tiny spots). I do have intentions of ordering order in different sizes!

These containers are great but the handles seem fragile as one came damaged. Amazon was great helping with the issue but if you read previous reviews it seems like the problem is ongoing.

I love these even tho they are a little pricy. There great for moving and keeping water and bugs out. Love these.

using to store 3D filament, so hopefully are "water tight", seal seems good, certainly better than most bins.
