I have an 8 lug truck with a rear end swap and was trying to figure out what my lug pattern on the swapped parts is. This worked perfectly and confirmed my research and hub patterns. It's a random tool and likely not needed for most people but if you need this it is invaluable. Also highly accurate for all of my vehicles. It works perfectly. Also easy to follow chart on packaging and the tool is kind of color coded for easy ID on the tool markings of what your trying to measure, picture is showing 8 lug in 6.5" spacing for example.

totally takes the guess work out,,,,,nothing more frustrating than looking for 1 rim to get your trailer off the road due to failure....swap meets......craigs list purchase...its a tool you will loan out and not get back......
