I am making worry worms and don’t want to use google eyes. Would these work on yarn?

They will not stick on their own. They barely stick well on plastic or paper. If you can glue them it might work out.

How large are the eyes?

Around an inch big variety of eyes

are they water resistant (for use on planters)?

Not water resistant but if you’re using artificial flowers they work good
