Lovely diamond painting was happy when I received but when i opened it up they had sent square diamond painting instead of round and when i tried to pull backing paper off the glue was stuck to it. I put it down and rolled rolling pin over it which seemed to do the job but lots of creases even though i had put heavy books on top, in the end i watched you tube video that said they were air bubbles and to use Stanley knife to cut into glue and then smooth glue down. This seems to have worked and i know in the future, i did wonder if because it has traveled from china on a plane whether atmosphere had something to do with it. All in all service was great, item was great but i would never do square diamond painting again as its hard and you have to be so precise, i much prefer round painting as its much more forgiving.
