Hi, Flower Beauty Mascara is not water-resistant.

Does the mascara smudge on your eyelids?

I’ve been using this mascara for several years and it’s never smudged on my eyelids. Not even the few times I’ve fallen asleep with my makeup on. For reference, I have normal skin with a slightly oily T-zone. Hope this info helps!
