Description: Vinegar is known for its powerful cleansing properties that fight stains, buildup, odors, and germs. However, it's also known for its off-putting vinegary smell. Combining our popular No. 247 scent with 100% natural vinegar, this multipurpose product gets glassware to sparkle, easily removes bathtub film, effectively tackles messes and odors in the kitchen, and more! No. 247 scent is a fresh blend of eucalyptus with notes of pine and hints of rose, lily of the valley, bergamot, ylang-ylang and thyme. You may also notice hints of musk and lavender. Adding Scented Vinegar to the wash will help neutralize odors, brighten colors, and reduce lint and static cling. Scented Vinegar will break down uric acid to remove the odor, which makes it excellent for cleaning litterboxes and soiled carpets. Make spotty and cloudy glassware gleam by adding ½ cup of Scented Vinegar and 2 capfuls of All-Purpose Bleach Alternative to the rinse aid dispenser. Soap scum is a film or residue caused by calcium, other minerals, and soap. It is often found in tubs, sinks, and shower rooms. Similarly, limescale is a calcium deposit caused by evaporated hard water and is often found in teakettles, coffeepots, faucets, and bathtubs. A mixture of All-Purpose Bleach Alternative and Scented Vinegar is most effective for removing the buildup of both soap scum and limescale. Please note that vinegar cannot be used on marble or limestone surfaces.

THE ANSWER TO 'GETTING THE ODOR OUT OF A DELICATE GARMENT, SAFELY'
Did you ever have an odor in a delicate garment you were afraid to use harsh chemicals on? THIS is your answer. Vinegar takes the odor away. BUT just plain vinegar leaves a vinegar odor. So, are you ahead of the game? Nope! You gotta get the vinegar odor out now! Fine! Now, what? What a bummer! TO THE RESCUE! "The Laundress" scented vinegar solves that problem - very easily. The scent is that of something most fresh, natural and pleasant to be around - nothing at all harsh or chemical about it. In fact, there is hardly a vinegar fragrance in this product!Armpits can be especially troublesome in the wonderfully soft new cashmere sweater you recently bought! Trying to impress your latest 'friend' you were a tad nervous, when nervous you perspire - a bit, we all perspire in our armpits - no, duh! That now is where the odor is!Try pouring a capful - no more - on the armpit of that lovely cashmere or wool fabric. That is correct - just pour a small capful onto the armpit area of your sweater. Let it soak about 5 to no more than 10 minutes. Then wash in - either The Laundress soap or your favorite baby shampoo. I use J&J Baby Shampoo. In the in the final rinse use an ample dose of a very fine cream rinse - not the cheap stuff for your cashmere. You arealready saving money by laundering it. Self-laundering, with care and good products, a cashmere sweater is the best way to clean it, or so say the cashmere experts. No, I am not one but I do listen to them! So should you. Wash with a baby shampoo, in cold water, not even room temperature water but cool water and wash with your hands - no washing machine for the cashmere, then rinse and squeeze dry, no wringing of the delicate cashmere, the fine fibers will become a "mess", to use a professional's word. You do know cashmere is not a fur - it is hair! Treat it like you would a baby's hair by washing gently with a baby shampoo. Who knew - well, maybe you did but a lot of people out there do not know that little gem. Or so I've found. Lay your sweater flat to dry or purchase one of those 'kool' sweater dryer gadgets that attach to the top of the door and have three separate mesh layers to dry your goodies. Clever someone! Yes, Amazon has them but I forgot the name. Then comes another key 'bet-you-did-not-know' this process to finish your sweater to looking as though it was new. Gently press, BUT holding the steam iron about two inches above the sweater. Slowly glide it over the straightened out garment on the largest surface you can find that the sweater will lie flat without the arms hanging over the sides. Be certain to place sufficient padding under it to protect both your sweater and the table - another DUH! The kitchen table, maybe? Steam press the entire back side of the sweater first. Let this dry at least an hour before turningto the front. When you do, turn it carefully so it does not pull and become a bit out of shape. It is hardly noticeable but doing this process time and again, since you WILL own this sweater a long time, thus requiring a number of washings. You don't want it to be all "kitty-wampus", now do you? Next, when your sweater is completely dry use you electric sweater shaver - you DO have one, do you not? Shave the little almost unseeable bits and tads of piling on your sweater. This will give it the "professional" plus '"I-am-a-brand-new-cashmere-sweater-so-admire-me-all-you-wish" look. You DO want that, now don't you? Then, again when it is completely dry - at least a day - gently fold and place it in a plastic bag the size of one sweater. The type carried at The Container Store and probably at Amazon as well.Well, folks, we have gone from vinegar on the armpits of a sweater to how to wash a cashmere sweater in one review of vinegar! Could it be said I do not know how to stick to the subject at hand? Hope you learned something useful.

Its Just Vinegar with a subtle Scent
This is just vinegar and has a subtle scent. My house still smells like a pickle factory.Save yourself some money and go buy some vinegar from the store and add a few drops of pure lemon or orange oil, dilute and use on any floor.

The BEST for removing cat urine from towels and blankets
I have subscribed to this product for over a year, and I love it. I have used it for laundry loads containing the towels and blankets containing cat urine from my elderly cat who could no longer use a litter box. My son can't stand the scent of vinegar, and this does not smell like vinegar! It has a light, fresh citrus scent with all the power of vinegar to remove germs and odor from the laundry. I will not do cat laundry without it. It's the BEST.

Expensive
Very expensive. I decided to just use regular vinegar

Expensive? Yes. But you know that already.
This is not your typical cleaning vinegar and that is why you are buying it. The scent is luxe and that is the point.

Lovely but pricey
Really good product and nice lasting smell - downside is it is quite expensive, especially considering how cheap white vinegar is in bulk. I don't think I will purchase again due to price but if you don't mind that then it is lovely! I'm going to try scenting my own vinegar for now.
