Robbins Family Farm Aged Balsamic Gift Set

The Aged Balsamic Gift Set is the best balsamic that I have ever had. After receiving the small variety pack, I ended up ordering a few of the larger bottles since I liked it so much. My favorite flavor is the tangerine, but all of the flavors....traditional dark balsamic, white, blackberry, and lemon are all great tasting. As someone who enjoys putting a sauce on just about every food I eat, this was a great find. I'll certainly be a returning customer and will keep this in mind for future gifts.The balsamic is great to put on a variety of foods including salads, bread, mixing it in with rice and endless other possibilities. I sprinkled a little on some fish and that tasted great as well. In short, I don't know if there is a food it wouldn't taste great on. The "ketchup" of balsamic?This would make a great gift for someone. As an added bonus from tasting great, the bottles themselves are very pretty and can be displayed on your counter-top. The arrived with a card about the company, a nice added bonus.The bottles were shipped very securely to ensure the bottles weren't broken. You often see giving wine as gift, this is a great alternative!

I had planned to give this item as a hostess gift, but did not. The package the bottles were set in had a clear plastic cover and COULD have presented nicely.But the seals on the cover were broken, the plastic cover was scuffed and marred, making it unsuitable for presentation as a gift (the overall appearance was used, as if I were re-gifting). As a result I am using the vinegars myself, and they are nice, but I would not have chosen to pay this price to have them for my own use.

While I am not an expert regàrding aged, flavored balsamic vinegar, I can say we love it!Deep, rich flavor, and thick so it only takes a small amount to enjoy the taste.We have tried the blackberry and lemon thus far. Great on salads and roasted veggies. Plan to explore other uses.The bottles are small, but we wanted to sample them first, and are very pleased. We will be ordering the larger bottles, for sure!!Hope they add other flavors.

I love, love, love, love this set! I use them in almost all of my recipes. The quality is out of this world and I've made some amazing dressings with the white balsamic. I seriously recommend this product, you won't regret it. All of the flavors are so delicate and delicious, it's difficult to pick just one for my favorite!
