What is the minimum distance of spray

Well it depends because it is adjustable. There is a screw at the top that allows the sprinkler to be totally shut off if you would want no water from it. Turn this screw from totally closed to whatever distance you desire per your systems water pressure. Hope this helps.

This says the spray head comes with the 15A nozzle, however my current 15A nozzle adjusts from 0-360° and looks diff. This description says 30-360?

That is from someone adding incorrect information to Amazon's listing. The Pro-Spray Adjustable nozzle adjusts from 0-360 as they always have. This picture is also incorrect. It shows a fixed spray (15 Half) nozzle - not an adjustable. Be assured - we will send the 15A Hunter Adjustable as stated in the title.

Can you attach a check valve to this sprinkler

The Pro Spray is available in a version (not this listing) that has an internal check valve. Optionally an external Hunter HC check valve can be installed underneath it but it will add about 3" to the height.
