I’ve tried a lot of lip balms to heal chapped winter lips, and most only provided temporary relief. My lips kept getting worse and had to constantly reapply. I love this lip mask. I have tried MANY, MANY different lip products and this is among my favorites. I use it at night with my nightly skincare routine. It's thick and soothing and not so annoying that I need to remove it. (I often find lip products to be irritating and have to take them off.) It also tastes sweet and smells pretty good, although I remember past jars smelling better than my most recent jar. The recent jar didn't smell bad, just not really like lavender. It almost smells like paper? If that's a thing? But it's not bad.

I love it & hate it. It's hard & waxy in the pot but melts on the lips to a really nice balmy texture. It's very hydrating & long lasting, & it doesn't make me feel like I have to constantly reapply it. But it smells & tastes like cheap donut glaze for about the first 15 minutes of wear. You get a lot for the price but due to how hard it is when new, I don't know if the full amount will be truly useable. It does have the desired effect though: my lips are soft & hydrated & it hasn't irritated my sensitive skin at all.

I looove this lip mask! I literally keep it right next to the bed and reach for it all the time. It smells great and I feel like helps to relax me before I go to sleep. Leaves my lips so soft and pillowy. I feel like it’s lasted a good long time to so will definitely be repurchasing.

I have a severe beeswax allergy, so Pacifica is my go-to for almost all my products, especially lip balms. This stuff has such a great texture: not sticky and not runny. Easy to apply. This doesn’t cause my lips a reaction and super cute packaging, love that it’s glass. It really doesn’t smell or taste like lavender, only sunflower oil. So that’s something to note. Other than that, it’s super hydrating, gives a nice shine, and lasts hours (even for someone who has incredibly dry skin/lips).

I had purchased this a while ago and it has been a product I repurchase and keep a backup of!! I kept it tucked away till my other one ran out...and I didn't even worry about a return window since it's a product I have bought and used many times! Unfortunately my most recent purchase seems a bit different then the others. I don't know if it's old but it will not melt down and remains completely hard. I tried warming it up and it does not want to melt down. Is there a reason for this?? I feel like I had received an old or problem product.

When I first used this overnight on my winter cold-chapped lips, it actually exfoliated them! When I woke up, the dead skin cells were all pushed to the corners, so I could just wipe them off & BOOM -- soft, smooth lips! I've found I only need to use the mask from time to time to get those results. Vaseline gives my lips more moisture, but this has a nicer texture. My gripe is with the artificially saccharine taste/smell. It's like licking a cheap, glazed donut from a fast food place. Could be worse, I guess, but it's not great.

It works great. It keeps my lips moisturized during the winter months. I bought one for myself and my 12 year old daughter. Pacifica makes the best products: they’re always vegan and always free from junk.
