I've been really enjoying this supplement. It helps me feel calmer and more relaxed during stressful days and has become a great addition to my wellness routine.

Took 1 a day 30 minutes before bed time, it does help me to de stress, winde dowd, and sleep through the night. Small pill, easy to swallow. Does not smell bad or anything. The quality is good, vallue for the money that I spent. Deffinatly recommended because I am sure it does effective to ease the stress.

I like to use these in the evening to relax. The strength must be different than others I used because I don't get the strong effects. I'll keep taking and hopefully it will start to work better. Usually ashwagandha is very effective for me.
