I like this one because it is clean and pure
Rice noodles, there are diff kinds made from diff products. I like this one because it is clean and pure. Just Rice Flour and Water. The other brands add tapioca and other crap, and the noodles are sticky and gross. Thats why I prefer this brand, cuz you get good noodles and no crap added so no stupid added calories. These are expensive, so I like to go to the local asian import stores, but when they are out, thus buying online works.

perfect noodle for Pho Bo
These are the perfect noodle for Pho Bo. They stay in one piece without breaking and do not stick together. Very good taste and chewiness. Also easy to pickup with chopsticks.I soaked them in cold water first for 20 or 30 minutes and then poured boiling water on them for 1 minute before adding the pho broth.I will buy these again when they are back in stock.
