LOOCHO Road Bike 21 Speed Dual Disk Brake 700C Wheels Fitness Bicycle Urban City Commuter Bike

This is my first time ever left message. But this bike truly worth it! I used to be trained for racing and had a nice Specialized bike. But I decided to go for a commute bike - not too costy but still look sharp. Check out my attached pictures! I got quite a lot compliments on the road! NowI have just hit the first hundred miles on this bike since I got it weeks ago. And I have to say it goes way beyond my expectations for the price. It performed brilliently, responsive steering and braking, smooth shifting and relatively light weight. Every day's ride is a pleasure. Assembly was straightforward and simple. Nothing came loose in the box and all parts were well protected and secured. Just pop the wheels into place, position and tighten the handlebars and install the saddle, and it's ready to go. I tuned the front brakes a little bit but it's all in the manual and common tweaks.

Had the bicycle for a day, I assemble it incorrectly and had to return it but was able to ride at least 10 miles in it. It rides so so smooth on flat surfaces. It is very fun for a weekend or short commute to work (which was for what i wanted it). For the price you get disk brakes, responsive Shimano shifters, great pedals. Assembly was general, it is a little pamphlet with different Loocho bikes. Like I mention, it was my mistake that I did not assemble it correctly and that is why I had to return it. The only con is that is a heavy bike, but like I said: for flat surfaces and short commutes it is a great buy. Packaging was great, well padded and compacted. The assembly kit has everything you, make sure to tighten up the handle. All in all, I take full blame for my mistake, but other than that, would recommend to a friend.

It came 90 percent assembled. I did the rest and had to adjust the brakes, since the front disc brakes were rubbing after simply putting on a wheel. The shifters didn’t work right from the beginning (went into second gear when it was supposed to go into first). I took it to a bike shop to get tuned up and they informed me the bike was assembled all wrong and they’d have to charge me for a rebuild instead of a tuneup. Right now, I’m not at all happy with this bike. Hopefully I’ll fall in love with it later. But to date this bike has now cost me about 400 bucks.

New to cycling and this has been a great starter bike!! Had broken gear when I received it. I sent email to manufacturer. They responded the next business day letting me know that the new replacement gears were on the way! Great customer service

Bike was sent damage. gear lever was broken and couldn't shift. Front brake calipers broke and jammed the front wheel.With that being said, customer service was good; very responsive.

Cutting it close for someone that is 6’4 ; Easy to assemble, but the instruction manual can be a little mire thorough.

Beautiful bike with decent quality parts. The wide frame however prevents me from adding a bike lock bracket.
