Excellent value
This is a top-class machine for ordinary home or student use, with fast processor, SSD and big memory. The refurbished model I bought is just like new and very much cheaper than machines of the same spec available at local retail outlets. Securely packaged and delivered promptly. Can be recommended without reservation.

Fast service and good laptop
Stated to arrive on Saturday, the laptop was with me 3 days earlier than expected and was preceded by a DPD tracking number so I could check on progress. To say the package was well wrapped is an understatement, you would have to go some to damage this in transit.As for the laptop, it is as described. Small signs of its age are visible but everything works. The OS, RAM, Processor and hard disk were as advertised. The computer comes with a charger and the battery was already 50% charged. Checking for Windows updates I was pleased to see that these were minimal suggesting this had already been done recently before shipping.The T440p can easily be upgraded and I will be swapping out the dvd drives for a second SSD and replacing the screen with a 1080p version.Overall I am pleased with the purchase.

Fast delivery and a fully working device
The grandchildren were suddenly studying at home, and a fast reliable laptop was required. It arrivd virtually overnight which was amazing, easy to set up and the children are using it everyday. Changed my view on ordering upcycled laptops, I may use this company again for my own needs

Screen appears to have been replaced
Likes - price, works well, good specsDislikes - one damaged key, the screen is very poor and definitely not the original - it's dim and horribly misrepresents colours (plum red looks violet or vice versa). I have used many Thinkpads over the years and none of them had such a poor screen.
