These are amazing. I bake up 12 eggs at a time and it saves me from cooking about 3 days worth of breakfast for my kiddos. Just reheat the egg and pop it on an English muffin or cut them up for my daughter and they couldn’t be happier. They’re over scrambled eggs and only ever want hard boiled but we do cyber school at home so I was looking for something a bit easier. This was perfect, the kids call them flat hard boiled eggs. I just oil each divot, crack 1 egg in each, break the yolks, add a little seasoning and pop them in the over for 10-12 minutes and they taste absolutely amazing. I’m also 5 months pregnant and use this to make myself some spicy egg sandwiches and it’s my new favorite form of easy protein. They work well for cookies or pancakes too! Everything comes out super easy, I do have to use a cookie sheet underneath due to the flexibility (but I still prefer them to the metal pans), and cleaning them is fairly easy. Would definitely recommend.

These trays work really well, i use them for egg sandwiches.

I mainly use these to make cheddar-sausage biscuits. Because the cheese can release a lot of oil when baked, I like that these keep the oil & cheese from spreading all over the sheet pan. You do want to place these molds on a sheet pan since, like most silicone, they are floppy. However, they are also thick and sturdy. I've used them several times with no problems. I've also used them in my dehydrator to reduce liquids. They are also the perfect mold size for 3oz sausage patties. I fill these molds, then pop them in the freezer. The next day I can vacuum pack the sausages or freeze dry them. I like them so much that I bought a second set, as I like to double my batches.

Silicone forms are awesome for cooking they are very easy to use clean and put away. Much easier than traditional pans. For anyone that has never tried silicone baking forms your making your life harder on yourself.

You have to use nonstick spray or else it leaves a thin layer of whatever you baked stuck to the mold. You have to put it on a cookie sheet as it is very flimsy. Annoying to wash.

So pleased with this product! I make Maria Emmerich's PSMF bread every week and instead of making a loaf, I make buns. This product is perfect for that! The buns do not stick and I can remove them very easily. The indentations are just the right size for hamburger buns. I use these bun pans every single week. Vsery easy to clean, and an all around great product.

Too thin and flimsy

Je l'utilise aussi comme moule pour faire des saucisses à déjeuner pour aller dans les sandwichs.Se lave bien et ne colle pas. Attention le moule est complètement moi. Vous devez donc le mettre sur une plaque à cuisson.

I bought this to make my eggs for my breakfast sandwiches, and it works fabulously. Cleans up nice and easy.
