Can be hit or miss.
These Fleet enemas can work for occasional relief from constipation. I will say I’ve had a few experiences where it seems like the only thing that comes out is the actual liquid that was put in (being the enema liquid itself), and for that reason I often find these to be hit or miss.

Not very useful
If you’re constipated and want a quick effect this will be disappointing. It works a little quicker than the pills but not by much. Also, it’s difficult to get the liquid far enough into the colon to stimulate movement where you need it. Unless yours is stuck coming into the station so to speak. Stick with the pills.

These Bisacodyl enemas are the only ones that help my son when he has a flare up of his chronic constipation. He has had to use them intermittently ( per doctors recommendation) since he was 4 he is 8 now. No other enema type has ever worked for him. Highly recommend this brand / type of medication.
