Works Perfectly!
I bought a little stone zen fountain from a shop in Sonoma about a year ago. It is hand made. The pump was always giving me issues and when the water would run low due to humidity or climate it always made a noise. I recently vacationed to Hawaii and when I came back, yep the pump had burned out. I quickly did a little research on it and discovered the pump would only last for a few hours with no water. So, I bought this one. It is waaaay better!! It is quieter, has more control over the flow, is a little more descete and has the added bonus of lasting 360 hours with no water. I am very pleased. Especially because when I bought the fountain the lady in the store said, and I quote "once this pump goes out, this fountain is done". Well Nope! She was wrong, thanks to this pump!

I actually bought this pump in 2022 & I just started using it 2 weeks ago (when the old pump finally gave it's last hurrah) - it is GR8 (great). The motor is so quiet & installation was so easy. I highly recommend this pump to anyone with a garden fountain. I've had this fountain for almost 40 yrs & this Knifel pump works better than the old pump & allows me to continue enjoying the wonderful sounds. Thank U & enjoy your gardens!!!

Failed after 2 months
Worked great then slowly barely pumped water. I have cleaned it out there is no debris and the water is clean. It is just failing

Good outcome to wrong size ordered
My fault that I ordered the wrong size of pump that I needed. All over the box were instructions to contact them directly for help if needed. So, I emailed them and within half a day I received a response and a very good solution to my problem.

This small fountain pump is the perfect replacement for the one that went bad.

Died after two months. Edit - Great seller
EDIT: Seller reached out and offered replacement or refund. I would order from this seller again. Had this in a water fountain. Worked great for two months and then just flat out died. No noise, no power, nothing. Always in clean water, never dried out. What a waste of money.
