It works! Flew with it across several countries, it was great!

Works well but donot like the switch it has to change from 110v to 220v.If you push the transformer to the wall it can switch to a different voltage and if you donot check can blow out your appliance.The switch makes you have to be checking if it is in the right position.The switch is good for quick change over but it is a compromise.

Used daily as step down for a 220v hybrid MPPT Solar Charger/Inverter to tie to 110v breaker panel on my whole home off grid solar system. Using from 300w to 2700w at max load, incredibly efficient, unit barely gets warm at max load. Has been working perfectly since installation. 10/10 would buy again.

Compré el convertidor para usarlo con una caminadora de 220V, un motor de 3.0 HP. Antes de comprarla lo probé con el convertidor y tanto técnicos como electricistas me confirmaron que es una gran compra y opción para usarlo con mi caminadora. No he tenido problemas considerando que la caminadora es potente y para uso rudo. El funcionamiento del convertidor es muy sencillo, de buen tamaño y peso haciéndolo fácil para su transportación. Muy contento y satisfecho.

We had the transformer installed for few months and this will be our 2nd one as the first worked very well. Connected 208 Volt Air Conditioning unit which is compatible. Then it stopped working. Amazon directed me to contact the manufacturer, which I did and was told to connect back with Amazon for a replacement. For some odd reason, replacement isn't available. Amazon advised me to return and repurchase which was quite the inconvenience for us. So I reconnected with the manufacturer directly and without much hassle nor any question asked, they agreed to ship me another transformer. I'm extremely satisfied with their customer service and how they'll back you when a problem arise. Thank you!

Very useful device if you have different appliances that use other voltage. Works great with a lot of appliances, including with an automatic espresso machine without any problems. I'm happy with my choice

El producto lo use 5 veces usando la mitad de la potencia máxima que debería de cubrir, 1500 de 3000 W y no duro más. Los conectores parece que están pegados con pasta que no es dura, con poco esfuerzo se despegan( ni siquiera tuvieron la delicadeza de ponerles tornillos) y todos los cables pelones, con gran posibilidad de que se cause un corto circuito, basura.
