I originally purchased SpectrumNeeds and CalmNeeds under recommendation from my doctor's office. After using these products for several weeks, I noticed a change. More specifically, this CalmNeeds product does what it says it does…it CALMS my anxiety levels and helps me get relaxed. Several nights this month I tossed and turned in bed thinking about everything going on in my life. I took the CalmNeeds, and it helped me relax so I could get to sleep. It took about 30 minutes for it to kick in, but it WORKS! Great product for my anxiety.

Great supplement for a daily settling

I give this product to my special needs son who can get very high anxiety levels esp. during COVID with many things shut down. This has helped him a LOT to stay calm. I give him 2 caps in the afternoon. It's worth every penny.

To help me deal with a very difficult winter, I have been exploring various methods of taking the edge off of stress. Sometimes the different solutions create so much drowsiness that they only help at night. I was looking for something to take the edge off and not make me sleepy. Let's take a look.SIZE OF PILLSThese pills are pretty average size of capsules filled with powder. They are not hard for me to swallow.ANY SIDE EFFECTS?I have not had any issues with digestion, burping, headaches or heavy sleepiness only when taking 1 pill.PERFORMANCEI am sensitive so I usually only take a smaller dose of pills in most case. 1 pill for me does take the edge off when I am really stressed. Some days it is a bit too much and I feel sleepy. Other days it helps me to relax but not make me sleepy. Before bed, these help me relax, but do not give me lasting sleep. I tend to wake up halfway through my sleep cycle after taking these more than 2 days in a row.THE BOTTOM LINEThese are nice to take the edge off when really edgy and stressed out. Sometimes even 1 pill makes me a bit sleepy and other times it is perfect.MY RATINGFOUR STARS. These work well for me sometimes and I am glad to have them. Other times they make me a bit sleepy, even a half dose. They don't work for sleeping more than a night or two in a row, then I have to use something else.
