I face frequent neck pains and that was the reason behind searching for a memory foam pillow for a while. This is a review based on first 3 nights.Pros: Looks, very soft touch on the outside, firm but not too high which is very important - I feel that's the best part of this pillow that it naturally fits into the neck gap and gives great comfort...can clearly tell the difference between this pillow and a normal one... Definitely recommend this!! Go for it

This pillow arrived in excellent condition and ready to use after a few minutes. It is easily one of the best pillows money can buy at this price point. It is still early, however I can tell you that I have had excellent sleep since using this pillow.No need to be concerned about overheating as the pillow stays cool throughout the night. I am a back sleeper, yet the pillow feels as if it would be a great pillow no matter your preference. You must place a pillow case over it as it has a very bright white cover on the exterior. Otherwise, this pillow is a steal and I will be purchasing multiple for other members of my family

I let the pillow rest for 24 hours before using add directed. It was very thin and to firm. My neck was stiff after using this pillow. I tried several nights before deciding to return it.UPDATE!This company has amazing customer service! After returning the pillow and getting a full refund they also sent me a different pillow to try for no charge. You don't find this kind of customer service often. I was greatly pleased.

This pillow is solid memory foam with holes designed throughout. It is firm and not soft but that is a good thing if you don't like your pillows to completely collapse like most "fluff" pillows. It would be nice if the manufacturer posted the exact measurements such as length x width x height. I ordered the "standard" and allowed it to sit in a warm area for three days to expand and diffuse the odor associated with the manufacturing chemicals. Last night I had a great sleep.

I am a patient with cervical spondylosis. For a long time, I have been looking for a pillow that can support my cervical. Now I want to say that I finally got it. When I lay down, my cervical spine was obviously relaxed and I would not feel the pressure as before. I don't even need to adjust the sleeping angle anymore, because any posture can support me. Like its touch, like bread. In this way, I entered a deep sleep like never before. My doctor told me that my cervical spine is much better. Not sure if it's depending on the pillow, but it really gave me a comfortable sleep. Will not try someone else's pillow anymore, because it is the best for me.

The pillow is too flat for me. The memory foam inside is of good quality but as I tried to use it for the first time, sleeping on my side, my head & neck were at a very uncomfortable angle because the pillow was not high enough to support my neck. It would be an excellent pillow if it was several inches thicker.

Pillow is really small and has no support. It is as thin as a pancake. Do not recommend.

Great pillow! I have to take it anywhere I stay overnight. Can’t live without it now. It’s VERY comfy. It’s supposed to be a cooling pillow but I don’t find it cools while my head is on the pillow. It does cool off fast after turning it but I am still flipping the pillow when my head runs hot.

Is the second type of memory foam pillow I buy, but I’m still not finding one that helps to improve my neck pain. My boyfriend loved it though. He says is comfortable and firm. The packaging is nice, and arrived quickly. You can’t use it right away, it has to wait from 24 - 48 hours after unpacking to recover thickness.

Have used this pillow a few times now and I would reccomend it if your sleep is off because of a bad ppillow. It is very comfortable and rests my head exactly where it should be. Not too thick and not too thin. I can see this pillow lasting a long time. An added bonus is the pillow cover it comes in, easy to keep clean.

Terrible toxic smell that doesnt go away after washing and off gassing outside. My nose feels very irritated 2 hours after smelling the pillow. Why to advertise about NO toxic smell if it's stronger than other foam pillows I have ordered and did not advertise as such. Returning it.
