Very sturdy

Well made, very sturdy! Lots of slots for the screws to hold the signs in place.

This post worked out perfectly for mounting a 12" x 36" Type 304 Object Marker sign near my water meter - where idiots insist on driving over with heavy trucks repeatedly destroying the service valve and related connections. The length (6 ft) is perfect when sunk 20" to 24" into the ground. For the sign, I used tamper-resistant bolts with a nut that is about 3/8" high that requires a special tool to remove. All that considered, 5/16" x 2" bolts fit perfectly, fully engaging the special nut. Unless you are attaching something thick to the post, 2" long bolts should be perfect to minimize protruding threads (resists unauthorized removal). It's heavy, it's strong, and should last a long time.

Nice sturdy post. Got it promptly. One stay knocked off because the holes are only on one end! Either I can bolt the sign or use the holes for installing. This is not mentioned anywhere in the description.Holes throughout the length of the pole would have so much easier for installation. People have used brackets to install and yes, that is possible but the post it will be installed against does not have enough width to allow brackets. A little more description would have been so much better and saved me money. This is just a cautionary note for those who think the holes are running the entire length of the pole.

This metal post is heavy and straight and is perfect for mounting a road sign. It is relatively easy to drive into the ground with a post driver, even in hard ground. I would recommend going ahead and buying the additional hardware which makes affixing the sign to the post a breeze.

The sign attached to the pole very easily, as well as placing in ground. The pole was not too heavy to carry, but still sturdy enough to provide stability. The price was very reasonable. Great quality!

I used these u-channel posts to put up some reflective signs up at the end of my driveway. They seem pretty sturdy and of good quality. One end is angled so it digs in the ground easier. I installed these with a SmartSign post driver and it was fairly simple and easy to install.

As advertised. Solid and did the job for beach erosion sign installation. I would recommend.

Got only 2 channels,not 5. Where are 3 others ? and only saying delivered. I need 3 missing channels to use. Quality is good to use. Just 3 missing in delivery.
