I use this on my 15 month old's eczema. I usually only use all natural products and essential oils but they were just not cutting it. I tried a lot of other cotisone products including Aveeno and Kroger brand (these two still had parabens and synthetic additives). My next favorite is a product named PROcure which is all natural other than the cortisone. It worked ok and was the least toxic choice but my baby still had some rash breakouts. I decided to try this one even though it is more expensive. OMG!!! It is the best least toxic option. It really gets results. I wish I had taken before and after pictures. I use it only every other day and my own formulations as well. The rashes and rough spots on her legs and upper arms are completely gone. This is the only over the counter cream that will do that. A little goes a long way and the texture is nice. Try it for your little one's eczema before prescription creams.

Bought this for my daughter. Will recommend it really works. Shes using fir a week now and her skin is much smoother and the eczema marks are getting lighter and not itching as much either. She has it bad so this cream definitely works. Definitely recommend it

Does not get rid of my hand eczema (dyshidrosis), but feels good when I apply it with the relieve & protect ointment.

I have purchased this product a few times in the past 18 months. I find it soothing and effective for applications where hydrocortisone is often prescribed. I particularly like the lightness of the cream—it vanishes into the skin with light rubbing and never feels greasy. Even the tube is well designed—it's easy to squeeze out the desired amount, right down to the final drop. But this month I was shocked to see a 58% increase in price. I looked at price history (on camel...) and learned that at one time before I first purchased it the price was even higher! The company's website shows that it targets an upscale market. This small tube of cream has a very inexpensive active ingredient, so the profit margin is upscale, too. Aug 2021: I just adjusted my rating up from 3 to 4. I still think the price is unreasonably high given the low cost of the active ingredient, but none of the alternative products that I have tried since 2019 has been as satisfying to use or as effective as this product. I keep hoping for the price to drop, but I do still order it occasionally.

Absolutely amazing!!! Definitely worth the cost for my boy to not be red and itchy. We have tried everything, even homemade body butters and lotions. Only took 3 days for redness to be completely gone, skin is smooth and after one week almost back to normal.

This product is completely ineffective to relieve--even temporarily--itching due to eczema. I was fooled by a raving endorsement from a person I used to trust. If it was effective at reducing itching for at least 4 hours, I would consider it useful. That is not the case. I do not recommend this product because it does not relieve/reduce itching for even 1 hour.

This cream is amazing! My 6 month old son has really bad eczema and this is the only cream that helps and clears his eczema right away. Within an hour of me applying this cream on him I can see his eczema clearing up. Thumbs up all the way!

This was a before and after, only used it 2 times!! Worth the money!!! Our baby is trying to crawl and roll over so her skin was getting irritated.
