good vest, a bit confusing with all the pockets. light weight, this is good for travel but not weather.

This is a really great travel vest with plenty of useful pockets for storing stuff. I use it for travel and it lets you keep your key stuff close at hand.

Overall the product is as described. I got a small one and it fits very well. The pockets are as advertised, spacious, non-bulging and very functional. The only problem with the black one I got was that it was faded black. The pictures showed a dark black color, but the one received appeared faded.

I bought the first vest using my regular size which is large. I am 5’-8” and 175 lbs with a 42” chest. The large fits nice, I will most likely use it for travel. So I also purchased the same vest in medium, which is very form-fitting and I will most likely use every day. It looks VERY SHARP, VERY MODERN. I am in South Florida where it is hot most of the time. The vest is AWESOME! I can wear it in the heat, and in the rain 🌧️. There is a hidden feature that they don’t tell you about, but I will! See my video for hidden secrets!

I wear this vest as often as I can because I love that it has so many pockets for my devices, wallet, keys, etc.! I only wish they had a larger variety of cool fabrics/designs to choose from.

This is a well-made vest, and fit for its purpose -- but I can only recommend it with reservations (so I returned the one I bought). First, the "good news." The manufacturing quality is high, all the parts appear to be made of good materials, workmanship is excellent, and the vest runs true to size (at least for the large size that I bought). The less-good news comes next. SCOTTeVESTs are already somewhat problematic beasts. They've got many pockets, which is good. But if you actually use all those pockets, you wind up with a lumpy look that makes it obvious you're carrying stuff you're trying (or at least, wanting) to conceal. This model doubles down on that by featuring contrasting zippers -- they make it visually obvious where the external "concealment" pockets are. At least to me, this was even more obvious in person than in the listing's photographs. Given that the advertised purpose for these vests is to tuck away valuables, I can't recommend this model unless you'll wear it under a jacket or coat to provide actual concealment. The SCOTTeVEST Featherweight Vest is considerably more expensive, but much better at concealing valuables (again, so long as you don't get carried away with pocket filling).

It just arrived and haven't had a chance to test it in the field as yet. But it's well made and much lighter to wear than I thought 😃👍

This has been a cracking purchase. I can fit my iPad (in its protective case) in the inside pocket and all the other essentials in the other pockets; it makes going through security a breeze as all I have to do is take it off, put in a tray and then pick it up after it has been processed. It makes things so much easier in what can be a stressful and trying situation; I thoroughly recommend this vest! The zips all look and feel heavy duty and the vest seems to be made from a soft yet hardwearing material, I'm very impressed.

Looks good even when loaded up. Seems like it will last. Essentially used it is a ‘bag’ for all my stuff I wanted on my plane trips. That way I can put it under the seat in front of me and still have leg room. Could do with a hook to hang it up though.
