right for the job
Well made, all the bits work as they should. Our fire system is relatively low pressure, so definitely nothing to strain this. I have three installed on 2 properties. It is much better to use a "proper" hydrant rather than cobble together a 4"gate valve, an elbow and a 2 1/2 inch brass adapter. The fire departments also prefer it.
