The remote does not work with iOS 13.4 or later, even though the advert indicates iOS 13.4.Blitzwolf customer care has responded to my query very quickly and I am hoping for a further response shortly. It is likely I will have to return the product if a solution cannot be provided. I waited for almost a month to receive this so it is disappointing if it now needs to be returned.For those that don’t operate iOS 13.4 or later the stick appears to be very well designed and built.

It was hard to get the switching of rear and back cameras configured but after following the instructions supplied it worked and is great option to have. All features work well. Using android on Huawei phone, if that helps.

Your browser does not support HTML5 video.  This does everything it claims and is simple to set up and pair .Clamp holds my S20 securely.Remote zoom works a treat in tripod mode for macro & landscape photos.Clear and blur free night mode photos when using tripod.Deducted 1 star as method to attach remote control to main unit is not robust enough (see video) so be very careful when taking it out of pocket or bag as it will come off .

Is to make sense of the diagram to open the legs on which it stands . You just have to put your fingers in and pull out to the sides . Apart from that it's fine

It's a really useful tool, shame the controller is easily slipping out and it's not magnetic to the stick... I've already lost my controller because of that... The selfie stick is really good tho

The stick and system is great. However the remote does not allow me to take pictures on my S9 phone. One key feature that doesn't work really oets this down! If this worked it would be unreal.

All good apart form swap camera button, doesn't work as a switch, more like a power on/off button. Be good if remote had a strap attachment slot. Apart from that good construction and working well.
