Will this product ship with an ice pack even though it is fulfilled by Amazon

Hard to believe that the company that produces this product and states that it needs to be kept cool ships it without any coolant or insulation. Arrived in a typical mailing envelope. Great product but I'll get it from elsewhere. Found it at a local pharmacy for $20 less. I think we're all being had.

Is this product refrigerated prior to shipping? My Dr. sells his version of this probiotic (same ingredients) and said it needs to be refrigerated.

My Dr. keeps it in dry storage. I never refrigerated mine ...
