Great grip exercise!
For years I've used cheap plastic grip exercisers to supplement my hangboard training and rock climbing. I used a friends name brand grip exerciser and knew it was time for an upgrade so found these. They are very well made and actually hard to use. With the plastic ones you get at sporting goods store I'd do sets 4-6 sets of 50 reps which is a waste of time really. Not so with these beast makers! They are very solidly made, no nonsense grip exercisers. For those wondering about the weights:I'm not a big musclular guy but I'm fairly strong, 6'1", 185lb, deadlifts 400+ with no straps if that gives an idea of my grip strength.100lbs: I can do 60+ reps quickly but doing 20 slow feels like a solid amount of work. Great for warming up150lbs: I can do 40 reps quickly and 15 with a 1 second pause at close is hard. Great resistance for the bulk of a workout200lbs: This is hard. Getting to full close 10 times is a lot of effort and holding close 1 sec per rep I can only do 4-5. This is where gains will come from.I'll be adding something heavier as my strength recovers post-pandemic but for now this is a perfect set for most people. I might add a couple lighter ones for my kids to work on.

Knurling Is Not the Best, INCONSISTENT grip width, and small handle grip length
The knurling isn't that deep making it really slippery for both your palms and/or fingers. Might have to wrap it in some kind of grip tape.EDIT: the 300lb gripper is A LOT wider which makes it harder to grip. Measures 111.25mm wide while all the others measure 98.35mm wide. That's 13mm difference! Or 0.5 inches. Also the length of the handles are small, the ends of the handles are digging into the palm of my hand. I have small hands also. So if your hand is even larger than average, these are NOT for you.Cannot recommend.

Great Little Set. Seems very high quality and great Value
Bought for my father and me, as we had a cheap dollar store one (30 lb one) we had and enjoyed but it wasn't difficult enough. This is a great starter set. The 100 lb one seems like something i can almost close, but would be a solid starting point for training. The 150 lb seems like something I can close halfway, and the 200 lb seems like something to work towards in the future. I have not tried any wrist training whatsoever, so don't feel this is too much to start out with for a total beginner. Fantastic value for less than 25 dollars. Will likely buy the second two when we get to that level.

Resistance in pounds not accurate
I have the 100, 150 and 200 pound set. I used them a few times and was a little skeptical about the "weight" ratings. I put the 100lb gripper on a scale, pushed down on it until the handles touched and it only took 53lbs of force. I then tried with the 150lb handle and it took 75lbs of force to crush. Didn't try with the 200lb. They seem nice and are still good to exercise your hands with just don't rely on what the weight rating says.

Great Value, Good Quality.
These grippers are great. They are very similar to others on the market (Captains of Crush Grippers), but for 1/3 of the price. The big tradeoff is these are NOT made in the USA and are of a slightly lower quality than their American-Made counterparts. Overall, for 1/3 the price I would say these are worth it. They are 8/10 the quality and still get the job done. If you want the best grippers out there and/or want to buy an American made product I would highly recommend looking at the Captains of Crush Grippers or similar.

Does what I expected
So the quality of these is decent, but not at elite. The weight is definitely not what is labeled, I compared to both an invanko and coc set and these are closer to 80, 130 and 170 IMO. With that said, they are serving their purpose for me and I like them.

Work well and very happy with them
These work well. The one with the highest rating is somewhat difficult to squeeze and might be problematic for people with small hands or limited hand strength but overall, they work fine and don't have that "creek" I'd always experienced with older versions of this product from other manufacturers. These have nice metal handles and a coated metal spring so presumably they will last a while without corrosion. The handles also are nicely serrated which helps with gripping. They are however not sculpted to fit the hand, as are plastic grips on some alternatives. But overall, a good product.

Awesome
A full set of these normally costs a lot, so I was really excited to find this set. They're all sturdy and well-made with no discernable difference between this and name brand sets. It's an extra nice touch that they have the weights on the bottom of them.
