If you can finger out how to wear it so it won’t roll down it might work for you . I have to fold it two times to keep it from rolling under my knee

This brace did not help reduce my knee pain at all. The other brands without copper worked better for me.

I’ve tried every possible knee brace and returned them. Not this one! I love it. I’m a big believer in the healing properties of copper and this knee brace did not disappoint. It’s not tight but I know it’s there. It doesn’t leave impressions in my skin. Best of all... I haven’t had to wear it anymore because I am now pain free. I think it was a combination of this copper knee brace and taking moringa capsules.

This offered instant relief when I put it on for the first time. I ordered a large because normally I buy all my clothes large/xl. It's hot outside right now and this brace is very breathable. I run my own business and I only work outside. This brace has held up really strong and allowed me to get back to work with my pain greatly reduced to almost non-existent. The only time I ever felt like ripping this thing off after wearing it for hours on my knee was because it was all bunched up behind my knee and the material started to dig into my skin a bit. Not really a big deal it only happened once and I have worn it every day since I've had it. Like other people have said in previous reviews measure your leg and strongly consider getting the smaller size to avoid bunching of material. First time I be ever had to order stuff like this before and I feel like I hit a home run. It's brought my mobility back. I'm too young to be complaining about my body aging and my fyore has taken away my limp and now I can get back to struttin' which is what I was born to do.

The only "copper" in it is the colour. I read the packaging on all sides, but the brace is not copper infused like I was expecting or the way it was in the description box.
