Whirlpool dryer was making thumping noise that was progressively getting worse. Reviewed YouTube videos to understand likely cause was a small wheel on dryer drum. Ordered repair kit on Amazon for under $20. Dryer disassembly was easy. Found issue was one of the two wheels with extremely worn center. Easy to replace wheels and installed new belt and tensioner. Used vacuum to clean 45 years of lint from inside dryer. Reassembled and dryer works like new. Hopefully will get another 20+ years operation with this dryer.

Fixed up our old dryer in less than half a hour. The belt wore out but I decided to get this kit and replace everything all at once . Fixed the broken belt and got the noisy squeaks out too. It’s running like new in a very short time

This was delivered ahead of schedule! The quality of the replacement parts are significantly less than the original parts I pulled out. Keep your plastic clips, the triangle clips included are brittle and break easy. My dryer is back up& running so good enough. I'm hoping the parts last a long time.

Bought this kit to fix broken belt. I installed new rollers and tensioner along with the new Belt. The dryer ran fine just had an annoying noise from the new rollers included in the kit. Ended up reinstalling old rollers much better now. Kit was cheap enough so all good now. Buy better rollers if needing rollers also.

I should have heeded the negative reviews and now think that the positive reviews must have been bots or paid for. Our Whirlpool dryer started making an extremely high pitched squealing noise that was intolerable. I researched online and determined the cause was bad wheels or bearings. I found this kit on Amazon and paid for expedited shipping. All in was $20. Kit arrived and I installed it that day. Everything seemed to work great. The noise was gone and the dryer worked perfectly. Fast forward 5 weeks and the dryer starts making a loud rhythmic knocking noise. Something is obviously wrong, so I open the dryer back up and the rubber wheels have started to disintegrate and have completely detached from the white center wheel. The dryer drum is riding off center now. There is a fine, black rubber powder covering the entire interior of the dryer. Complete and utter failure. So, I contact Amazon customer service (which they make so incredibly difficult) and I am informed that since we are past the return window, there is nothing they can do for me. They refer me to the manufacturer's page, some piece of crap company called Beaquicy. Zero ways to contact them on the page. So, I have to search online to find a way to contact them and can only find an international number in, you guessed it, China. Yeah, that is going anywhere. I'm out $20, which isn't the end of the world, but I was down a dryer for another 4 days while I wait for new parts to be delivered. Complete fail all around. I will never purchase anything from the manufacturer ever again and I don't recommend that you do either. And shame on you Amazon for not making an exception a mere week after the return window when the item completely failed. I would understand if we were several months later, but a week? Trash.

Used the tensioner and the belt and it worked great on my ancient whirlpool dryer!

All the parts are on the loose side and rattled excessively when installed. I ended up only using one roller because all the other parts made the dryer rattle a lot while installed.
