Love these shoes. My wife told me to get some slip-ons, and I am glad I did! Love the tan brown color, I nearly got the yellow-brown, but I think that that may have looked jaundiced. This color is better for me. The punched top front lets the shoe breathe, great for NC summers! Very light-weight leather, almost like a glove, conforms to your feet closely after a few wears. The soles are also lightweight and thin, but have a series of extended rubber bubbles of air which acts as a cushioning and reduces shock as you are walking.The US size given is very much larger than the actual size of the shoe. I normally wear a 9W, if no W is available I usually go to 9.5. Having read some of the other comments, I went all the way to a 10. I am glad I did, because the shoe is still a little snug, but it has stretched a little and now is a near perfect fit.The sole and in-sole are very thin. These shoes are comfortable and lightweight, they are advertised as drivers. Around the house, short dry walks and driving a car are fine. Even if my wife says that they look a lot like bedroom slippers (but I don't think so, even if she is my style advisor).

I would say these are a European style shoe. They are leather, light, and airy. Very comfortable for leisure and formal wear. So far, I've purchased three pair, and will be buying other colors, with black being my next choice. These are not the typical, heavy American style loafer. If that is what you're comfortable with and used to wearing, then these may not be for you. These are all leather uppers with a molded rubber-vinyl one piece combination sole-heel. The inside of the shoe is finished in the backside of the leather, and is not fabric lined. The fit as a size 9 was perfect for me, and they will stretch out a bit to the form of your foot.

I think the fit is just a little snug, but I expect it will stretch a little in time.The appearance and quality appear good upon first inspection.One thing some reviewers have said about OTHER shoes similar to this, is that the leather might be thin or poor quality. This leather appears to be good or at least adequate and quite acceptable.Time will tell and I will revise this review if they don't wear well.Having received this and inspected it first-hand, now I plan to order the same in a different color.

VERY comfortable shoes! I've worn them everyday for over a month and they haven't stretched and gotten loose at all...as I hoped that they would do 'cuz I wanted them to be sloppy, easy slip on shoes to wear around the house and in the garage.The heels are wearing a little bit faster than I would like, but, I am a big guy and I have been wearing them on rough concrete and asphalt.These shoes are much better quality and are much more durable than I expected and will buy them again when they finally do wear out!

Overall the quality is very good. The leather seems nice and construction is pretty good, especially considering the cost. They feel like slippers. So very comfortable, but I'm not sure if I'd want to walk around a lot in them. The color is a little brighter than the picture.They are somewhat wide and long. I am going to order a black pair and may go down a half size.UPDATE:After two days of wearing the Ocre-colored pair, the stitching started to fail so I returned them. (plus they were REALLY orange)I ordered a black pair, half a size down from my normal size and they fit nicely. I hope these don't fail like the ocre ones did. If they do, I will update this review again.

I have been looking for a comfortable pair of genuine leather driving shoes for a while, and with this pair, I think I've found what I've been looking for. These fit very well, the leather is soft, and the look is good. Very happy with these shoes, after being disappointed by a few other brands.(I took the additional step of making them water-resistant with an application of mink oil, as I do with most of my shoes.)

This is quite simply the most comfortable office shoe I've ever worn. My feet tend to run hot which makes it uncomfortable to wear regular dress shoes all day but with these my feet are cool, dry and comfortable all day! Great for walking, great quality, great price! Extremely satisfied with this purchase!! They do run a little small though so I would recommend going up a half a size.

The shoes are quite comfortable. The ventilation works for my hot feet. I would especially recommend these for a diabetic. There are two aspects of this shoe I find less than likeable. First, the back of the heel is too soft and requires a shoehorn to get them on. The second. is the color: they are tan but with too much orange in it, I will remedy this with shoe polish after I have worn them several more times.
