The media could not be loaded.  All images in this video are recent purchases from amazon the toilet in the description was installed today, specail attention needs to go toward including a variety of bolts for the toilets that are surface mount, long bolts came with the wax ring which was split, I used it anyway because the wax will cover over top of the split, special attention needs to go toward handling the toilet tank was chipped and the lid was a tad oversize and the glaze was not a perfect match to the toilet body, it was an easy install it being a one piece and all moving parts pre-installed, the design is very timeless and goes well in any home the reason I purchased this one was because my toilet was setting in the middle of the floor with the tank exposed to bumps and breakage so I replaced it with a lower one-piece toilet that was lower to the ground that could withstand minor bumps and scrapes without chipping or breaking, the toilet functions very well so far. complaints would be that the lip was chipped to the body and glazing issues. Highly recommend.

Because of a shelf over my guest room toilet, I needed a low height model to allow access to the top flush controls. This Swiss Madisen toilet fits perfectly and looks like sculpture. The low height of the water tank can cause problems with flushing pressure and, sadly, the instructions have no mention of adjustments that can be made to remedy the situation. Even their website is useless. You can get the information from Youtube and fine tune it to your needs. It is a beautiful and well made product with minimum product information support. It is a good value for the price.

I decided to stop repairing the old Eldjer toilet in my powder room, that is color matched to the sink. I have been holding on to it, because I will never be able to get another in Harvest Yellow, and I do not need to, or plan to, remodel just for that. I also have a tile counter that extends over the toilet, making height clearance a problem with most toilets. This one was low height, but still offered: elongated bowl, slow close seat, and duel flush, as well as a color that was KINDA close to what I wanted. (It is a yellowy beige) I do have some issues though. The casting around the exit hub beneath the bowl was making contact with the floor flange. I used a grinder to remove the areas I marked with a sharpy to make clearance, and fixed it. (I also used a non wax seal that will have a longer life span) The toilet came pre-set, but I found that the tank being a modern low water design, needed all the water I could give it, and adjusted to water level to be as high as possible. It still flushes with very little water which I am NOT happy with, but have not had an clog yet... (I am keeping the BIG jobs in a different bathroom lol)The seat was very tricky to install in spite of a simple design. I also worry about finding another (Color match and design) seat when this one fails. The bolt caps are large, brushed metal, and will eventually corrode. (Hard to access to clean, and also a replacement worry)Overall, I was glad to find this, and as this is mainly a guest bathroom, and sees only lite use, it has been a good choice!

The lid is attached with a pin assembly that is screwed in place and covered with a SILVER METAL cover. You need to properly position the assembly, tighten the screws, and install the metal cover BEFORE setting the seat in place. HOWEVER, so you need to set the seat on the pins to properly position the two assemblies. BUT if the seat clicks onto the pins you can’t get them apart. ALSO, the white porcelain was poorly glazed, leaving a beige area by the lid. See photos. I kept the toilet because it was the only one I could find with a low tank height. Otherwise it would have gone back.4/21/24 Update - I bought this toilet on 3/1/2022. The flush valve started to leak in March 2024. Flush valves should last far longer than that. I've ordered a $26 replacement valve.

Outstanding product ! Thoroughly and well packaged. Stylish looking, for a toilet. All three together and on time. Local plumbing company, Tacoma/Vortex, did an excellent job with installation, removal of old toilets and packaging materials of the new toilets.

This is a great toilet. It was well packed and high quality for the price. I am 87 years old and installed it by my self, except my son set it in place for me. I never thought I would buy a mail order toilet with a push button lever. But I did, and I am glad. I did not use the wax ring, but used a Fluidmaster (Amazon) seal.

....functionality not that great. Water puddle in the toilet bowl too low causing stains to easily stick to the sidewalls of the bowl. Water flushing action using gravity is not strong enough to flush down all the stains that got stuck on the wall.

Never thought I would be so excited over a toilet. Just what I've always wanted. Love the height, dual flush, seat and look. We put this inside a water closet space, it was a tight fit. Another 1/2 inch and we would have had to knock a hole in the wall. It's classic and I am so very pleased I ordered this Brand and model. Never heard of Swiss Madison before. All of their designs are elegant. So happy. It arrived in perfect condition with all parts. Ordered my second Swiss Madison toilet yesterday. 100% satisfied.

Easy to install, flushes well

Had this installed for 170 dollars only to find that there are stains all over this product. In addition this toilet is leaks and does not flush. Looks like it is a used item that they are advertising as new.
