Right before I ordered this product I was feeling kind of depressed because I just could not muster up the strength or focus to even clean up my room.The first 2 days of taking it I felt good but the energy boast I felt I needed to get my work done was not quite there.On the 3rd day after taking it however I went to look for something under my kitchen sink. It was so disorganized under there that I took every thing out saw that it also needed cleaning and a few little repairs, I knocked that out pretty quick and went on to clean all my closets and the whole rest of the house. Now my whole house is nice and clean again. After doing all of this I had plenty of energy to spare for making a nice dinner and a cake for dessert.I think it looks like I will be buying this again if my energy level stays up like this. Don't let me forget to mention that all the pain in my body is gone too which I did not think would be possible. I feel like I could start lifting weights again if it keeps going like this. I do like that I don't have to dissolve it in water before taking it. I have only been taking one capsule a day which is less than the recommended dosage. Usually, I take less than what is recommended for most supplements because I am a small adult and I have a fast metabolism.

I bought primoh2 a little while ago for a natural workout boost but I forgot about it because I haven't been able to go to the gym. I don't know if it's because I've been stuck at home or due to stress but I was having bad headaches the past few weeks with thankfully no other symptoms. While cleaning out my medicine cabinet to grab another ibuprofen I saw this product and decided to give it a shot. Feeling desperate I took 3 capsules at once with plenty of water because i needed relief FAST. Afterwards I was relaxing on my couch watching a show and trying to get my mind off the pain. I get a phone call so I got up quickly to answer the phone. As I was talking I realized that my headache was gone! It wasn't even that long? Maybe just 30 minutes or so. I was so amazed at my results I started telling my friend all about it and she'll probably get some too. I hope my experience will help people looking for some relief.

Great idea. But it needs refinement. It produced bloating in me that reduced my excitement in taking it.

My friend recommended this product and I decided to give it a try. I've been under the weather and my energy hasn't been where it used to be. But after taking the primo for the past few days I feel great and I've noticed I'm not as sore after playing basketball like I used to. I take 3 capsules right before ball and I want to say I'm playing better? I'm feeling more focused and knocking down shots. Interested to see what else this product can do for me.

Taking 3 of something a day is cumbersome with anything! Now trying to remember to take 3 pills while out busy with life. It's just not realistic, nevertheless I took as instructed and didn't see any changes at all after 2 weeks.For the price I will be trying to find an alternative with less dosage and same ingredients.

I have a $1400 hydrogen water pitcher at home. That’s mainly what are used to get my dose of hydrogen. But, I don’t like to carry it with me everywhere, especially on vacation. This is a decent substitute. I can’t believe it is so expensive. I took off one star because for me, this would not be affordable on a regular basis.

Not effective for the price. Needing to take double the daily dose to be as effective as the other well reviewed and less expensive brand found on Amazon.

I was looking for a simple solution to get hydrogen into my body. There are a variety of products on amazon for hydrogen but PRIMOH2 seems to be the easiest one to use. I didn't like waiting for a tablet to dissolve in the water before drinking it, and the taste of the water isn't pleasant. The hydrogen water devices are quite pricey as well. I just take 2 capsules of PRIMOH2 in the morning and 2 in the evening. I have more energy when I wake up and I noticed I recover quickly from exercise. Great for preventing hangovers too.
