Best Brand
I just tried Garnier Nutrisse Ultra Crème and I'm really impressed. The color came out great—not too dark, exactly what I wanted. Application was super easy: I mixed the kit, shook it, and it went on smoothly without any mess. I used it to get that dishwater blonde shade, and it worked perfectly. My hair feels soft and shiny, not dry like it does with some other box dyes. The fruit oils in the formula really make a difference. It took about 30 minutes, covered my grays completely, and the color has lasted well for weeks now. For the price, it's a solid choice if you want natural-looking blonde at home without the salon cost. I'd definitely buy it again.

True to shade, every time
I’ve been using this hair dye for over 14 years, and it’s still my go to. Unlike other box dyes, the smell is not overpowering and it leaves my hair feeling soft and healthy afterward. For the quality, the price is affordable. Highly recommend for anyone looking for reliable, salon looking results at home.

the best box dye
This is my holy grail product for home haircolor. I have naturally medium brown, thick coarse very long hair and have been going grey since my late teens. Now almost 50, I still like to keep my hair brown and a lot of home dyes make it way too red or almost black, even when they say they are med brown neutral or cool shades. This works great. It does not cover 100% of my grey and it starts to fade a bit and show roots slightly in about 4-5 weeks but being older I don't mind too much if a bit of grey shows in my hair. I usually redye it every 6-8 weeks and people tell me it looks very natural, I've even had friends who get their hair professionally colored say they prefer my shade of brown from this box I buy again and again. It's never been harsh to my hair either, I get regular trims but my hair is waist length.

Beautiful Color! Full Coverage!
Total white hair coverage! I have NO color left in my hair so I have to dye my roots every 2 weeks or people think I have white paint in my hair (not lying!). Lol. This product doesnt dry out my hair and creates a beautiful dark bronze hair color! I love it. I plan on only using this for now on. The oil included in the boxes smells great and gives my hair a shine.

Natural Brow color but the conditioner needs improvement
I was a long time use of the Clairol Natural Instincts brand in Medium Brown but became disappointed with how dark the shade turned out. I decided to switch to the Garnier Nutrisse Nourishing crème hair color formula in Medium Brown 50 Truffle and It exceeded my expectations! It’s a soft brown that’s a more natural medium brown and does a great job of covering the gray. I like the thicker formula and the avocado oil that’s mixed in before applying. And it smells so nice! The only problem I have with this brand is the after coloring conditioner. I used about a quarter size of the conditioner as I’ve done with the Clairol brand but as others have mentioned, it made my hair feel kind of oily and it removed the nice scent that was left after coloring. This is where the Clairol Natural Instincts has Garnier beat. The Clairol after color conditioner leaves my hair soft, shiny, and smells oh so good! I’ll continue to use the Garnier coloring formula, but I’m tossing out the conditioner and sticking with the Clairol conditioner.

Easy Instructions & Budget Friendly!
I haven’t colored my hair in over two years (I only used sun-in spray every now and then) and decided to give this a try. I went with Dark Blonde #70 and while I knew that it wouldn’t be very blonde, I wasn’t expecting it to come out so orange. It looks more strawberry blonde in the sunlight and reminds me of Daphne from Scooby-Doo, LOL. It’s something new and different than what I’m used to; I ordered a purple shampoo to help with the brassy tones as well. It’s definitely budget-friendly and easy to use at home. I do recommend following up with a conditioning treatment afterwards to keep your hair from drying out. This is a great option for anyone wanting to try something new without having to pay high salon prices!

Elegant dark brown, good for home use
I bought Garnier Nutrisse in the Espresso shade because I wanted a natural dark brown that’s easy to achieve at home. I really liked the result—the color looks rich and shiny without being as harsh as black. ✔️ What I liked: Beautiful, natural espresso brown shade. Easy to apply at home. Leaves hair shiny and soft. Even, good coverage. ❌ What I didn’t like: It can look a bit darker than expected depending on lighting. Needs maintenance to keep the color vibrant. Overall, I really liked the result—it’s a great shade if you want a deep brown without going all the way to bla

Fantastic Hair Color
I'm a natural blond going gray. I don't want to pay $100 to have someone color my hair. I started with #90, have used #80 and #73 all three work depending on how blond I want to go. The photos are #80. My hair comes out thicker and so shinney. The avocado oil is fantastic. The color lasts as long as going to a salon. It also comes with a tube of conditioner with about 4 or more affiliations. It's very thick. I also followed the new recommended touch up directions that worked great!

Hair color review.
Worked as described. Color of hair turned out much darker than pictured on box though. I was expecting lighter brown but end result was nearly black.

Great for colouring grey hairs
I have only just used this product but I am really pleased with the easy way it applied. The colour is really close to my natural hair colour. I have always used the gloves to apply when I have had to colour 🧤 own hair

Hypoallergenic
Great on black hair but less successful on brown tinged black hair. Left it on for 35 mins but needs longer!

Works great
Worked just as expected with box dye. Darkened my hair that had faded over time and left it soft. For people saying it didn’t colour their hair, this is box dye. You can’t expect salon results from 6 dollar drug store product. If you have dark hair don’t expect your hair to take to any of the colours on the box. If your trying to go from dark to light go to a beauty supply store for colour and toner
