It was all good for the first 24 hours then the plastic head melted and now it is unusable. Steam quality is ok but I would question durability and safety. 24 hours seems to very less for an item to start melting from the heat of the steam, for the very purpose it was manufactured. Please look into the product quality.

Small, lightweight, easy to use and perfect as part of your DIY home facial equipment. The steam is pretty productive for such a small device and once turned on, starts to steam within a minute or two. I wasn't expecting it to be so good, not when comparing it to steamers used in salons but personally, in my opinion, this little beauty has exactly the same power, steam production and ability but for a lot less money. The only difference is you have to sit infront of the steam, where as in a salon, you lie down and the steamer is able to be positioned over your face. But when considering this, I wouldn't lie down when doing a DIY facial. I'd be sat in a chair at my table! So honestly, this little baby is ideal. So glad I got it. I use it once or twice a week and so does my daughter. The results are salon quality but without the cost of a salon facial, and without having to leave the house to go faff with traffic and parking issues. Highly recommended 👌

Mine arrived with a two pin bathroom plug, not a regular three pin plug. Not a problem for me as I can use it in the bathroom, just wanted to make you aware. I'll upload some photos as soon as I can figure out what the heck I've done to my photo files as they won't upload 🤦‍♀️ So, it arrived with two pin plug, a bag of cotton squares which you can add essential oils to and slot into the place shown in the information booklet. It also arrived with some tools 🔧 for working on our pores. ⚫️ (even at fifty flippin two I am still blessed with spots). Thankfully I read helpful comments from other people on here, use Distilled or purified water (available from Amazon), do not use tap, mineral, geothermal, acidic, or alkaline water as they contain minerals. I haven't used it yet to tell you about that, but it arrived in perfect condition. ***updated*** sent back as unfortunately had a slightly bent pin and didn't work 🤦‍♀️ Hope this helps you Melissa 🐝

Very good quality, nice and easy to use and clean. At first, I was worried that the tank it's too small and that the steam will not last enough, but I was wrong. The steam goes for more than 20 minutes and it works very nice. I took a personal risk and used camomile tea instead of distilled water, because I love the effect it has on my skin- until now, it works perfect!

Tank could be bigger and generate more steam but it does the job

Ottimo prodotto qualità prezzo, l'ho utilizzato per delle pulizie viso in casa e devo dire che ha una buona prestazione, il vapore che produce è molto efficace. Al momento mi ritengo soddisfatta!

Petit et fonctionnel, on peut diriger la buse. Remplir le bas permet d’avoir de la vapeur pendant 10 min. Idéal pour les soins du visage. Pas encore testé d’un point de vue santé mais possibilité d’ajouter des huiles essentielles.
