What are the three settings?

number 1 position is for the motion sensor goes on or out when it detect motion within 120 feet , number 2 position stay on at all times number 3 position stay on (dim light) but bright up when detect motion I hope this will give you an idea about the three settings.

When the batteries die out where can I buy new ones. Batteries do not last forever.

Batteries will go bad maybe 3 to 5 years and buy that time there’s a lot of new better ones that you have had, so just buy a newer model because the price for a new battery and a new Light might be cheaper.

Why did one of my lights has stopped working. no obstruction's and every other solar lights i have are working. bought in sept 2021.

You must have received a bad one, or the rechargeable battery inside went bad. Swap batteries from a good light. Go into a dark closet. If it works, just buy a new battery. If not, then you may have a faulty unit. Mine (10) are two years old and going strong. Good luck.

Depends... If ththe sun was not blocked for at least 1/2 day the perimeter lights at minimum brightness will stay on all night in Florida, If it is cloudy most of the day it MAY not come on at all
